1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and PolyLabs Research ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company operating in the United States. By accessing or using our website located at polylabsresearch.com (the "Site"), or by purchasing any products from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Site and refrain from purchasing any products. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Research Use Only — Strict Limitation

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY POLYLABS RESEARCH ARE STRICTLY FOR IN VITRO RESEARCH AND LABORATORY USE ONLY.

By purchasing any product from us, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing these products solely for lawful in vitro scientific research purposes.
• These products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, or any form of administration to living organisms.
• These products are NOT drugs, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, food additives, or medical devices.
• These products have NOT been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional with the appropriate training and facilities to handle research compounds safely.
• You will use these products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer these products for use in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from PolyLabs Research. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if we have reason to believe the customer does not meet these requirements.

4. Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability information on our Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown. All purity specifications represent minimum guaranteed purity levels as verified by third-party testing. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request for each product batch.

5. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order through our Site, you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are generally final unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of PolyLabs Research or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
