Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
PolyLabs Research currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must have a valid US shipping address.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Cold Chain Shipping
All lyophilized peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit. While lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, we take precautions to ensure your products arrive in optimal condition.
Upon receipt, please store products according to the storage instructions on the product label and in the product description. Typically, this means storing at -20°C for long-term storage.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment charges will apply. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to customer error.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or local regulations. By placing an order, you confirm that the products you are purchasing are legal to receive in your jurisdiction and that you will use them in compliance with all applicable laws.
